FlyerDesignPro Customization Terms and Policy:

You bought templates from FlyerDesignPro but you don’t want to edit the templates yourself and you don’t have access to a designer who can customize the templates for you or even at an affordable price. We understand you. So many of our customers are that way. They are very busy and do not have the time to customize templates. So not worry! We got you!

1.0 All our customization packages includes:

  1. Changing of the script
  2. Changing of the dummy photos
  3. Changing the template colour theme (not all customers want to change the template colour scheme).
  4. ONLY Two edits per template.
  5. Extra adjustments on the same template after the initial 2 edits will attract additional customization order.

2.0 How to Use your customization package:

  • Select template(s) of your choice from the flyer store
  • Add the templates customization package of your choice to that order before checkout
  • On the check out page, include an instructions in the ADDITIONAL NOTE section letting FlyderDesignPro know that you also ordered for customization for that particular order.
  • If you are buying a customization plan for a template you already bought, please include the order number for that template.
  • Send us an email with the items required to complete your customization project. These are:
    • Your own script to replace the dummy script
    • A link to download the photos you want to use in the template(s). If ordering customization for multiple templates, please put the photos for each template in different folders. Make sure to include the jpeg of the template you would like to use the photos with in the same folder.
    • Include a preferred colour theme for the each templates or leave that to the professional designers.
    • Send the email to customizations@flyerdesignpro.com.
  • Include the order number in the subject of the email. This will help us save time and deliver your templates fully customized on time.

3.0 What Customization does not include?

  • Customization does not include any re-design of the template.

4.0 How Many Customization Plans Are There?

We have 3 customization plans. These include:

  1. Standard Plan (1 template customization)
  2. Gold Plan (5 templates customization)
  3. Premium Plan (10 templates customization)

5.0 How long will it take FlyerDesignPro to Deliver on your Customization project?

  1. For the Standard package (1 template customization plan): FlyerDesignPro has a SAME DAY DELIVERY policy (24 hours).
  2. For the Gold package (5 templates customization package): FlyerDesignPro will deliver in 2 business days once customizations begin. FlyerDesignPro will deliver in 2 batches of customized flyer templates every 24 hours till all 5 templates are completed.
  3. For the Premium Customization plan (10 templates customization package): FlyerDesignPro will deliver in 5 business days once customizations begin. FlyerDesignPro will deliver in batches of 2 customized flyer templates every 24 hours till all 10 are completed.

6.0 How long does a purchased customization plan last before it expires?

  • The customization plan doesn’t expire but customization period is deemed to started immediately after purchase is made.
  • Once the customizations begin, the customization plan will expire after 10 business days (for the premium plan) even if unused completely and expires after 3 business days (for the Gold plan) and after 24 hours (for the standard customization plan).
  • This means that for the Premium plan, FlyerDesignPro will dedicate 10 business days from the day the customization starts and will work towards delivering on all the customizations in 5 days but the customer still has an extra 5-day period to complete the customizations and adjustments with the FlyerDesignPro team (remember that there are only 2 edits available per template).
  • In the case of the Premium plan, the customer is to provide all the information required for the customizations latest by the 3rd day after purchase. If after the 3rd day of the purchase, the customer fails to communicate all requirements to FlyerDesignPro via the email specified above, that Premium customization plan will be termed unused. This means that FlyerDesignPro will move on to other projects.

7.0 What if Customer Requires Time to Gather All the Information and Items Needed for the Customization?

  • If customer does not have all the information required to edit the templates, customer can wait and gathered all the requirements (scripts, pictures and colour theme preferences). This is because once customization starts, FlyerDesignPro will not exceed the number of days specified in this policy document regarding each customization plan.
  • However, if customer waits for more than 3 days after the purchase of a customization plan to communicated all the required materials needed for customization of their template(s), that automatically means that that customization plan is now termed UNUSED/ABANDONED. Unused plans are viewed as abandoned plans and can be revisited at the request of the customer and the agreement to a new customization timeline by FlyerDesignPro. To reactivate an UNUSED/ABANDONED customization plan, customer has have sent all the required materials and instructions via email.
  • If customer does not have all the requirements at the time of the purchase of customization package, customer can notify FlyerDesignPro by email (customizations@flyerdesignpro.com) suggesting a new date when the customization project can begin. New timelines from the customer will only be considered if such a request comes with all the required materials and instructions for customization via email.

8.0 How To Reactivate An Unused Customization Plan

If customer decides to reactivate an unused plan at a later date, customer will have to inform FlyerDesignPro by email stating the new dates for the customization to begin. The email is also expected to have all the requirements needed for a successful customization project as specified in section 2.0 above. At the receipt of such emails, FlyerDesignPro will respond with a confirmation email before the suggested dates are deemed to be finalized. In most cases, FlyerDesignPro will suggest other dates that would work best for the customization team.

9.0 What if Customer Becomes Unresponsive and Unavailable After Customization Begins?

Please note that once a customization plan begins, it cannot be cut half way. It will run it’s course and be completed. Customer is expected to work with FlyerDesignPro to deliver on their customizations at the specified delivery times. Customer is deemed to be unresponsive and unavailable if they do not respond to the emails from FlyerDesignPro after 2 days of getting such emails. If customer becomes unavailable or unresponsive after the commencement of the customization project, FlyerDesignPro will move on to other projects and if the customer wants to revisit such customization project, customer will be expected to purchase a new customization plan.

10.0 Are Customization Plans Refundable?

  • Customization plans are not refundable once they have been bought.
  • A plan is transferable ONLY once such that it can be used on a new template other than the template it was originally purchased for.
  • A purchased customization plan can be used at any time but appropriate steps for reactivating UNUSED/ABANDONED should be followed as specified earlier.
